 · Over 15 years’ experience within the commercial, social & private event sectors. 

· Highly experienced in producing, staging & directing large events, exhibitions, business conferences, social events, award ceremonies, black-tie evenings, charity fund-raisers & private events on behalf of highly respected commercial organisations & private clients. 

· Exceptional knowledge of pre-event & onsite event management, logistics, security & H&S requirements. 

· Extensive experience in developing & leading new business campaigns to increase turnover & profitability of existing events, exhibitions & commercial projects.

    · A vast amount of experience building, training, managing & improving sales / performance levels within sponsorship, delegate & event production departments. 

· In-depth experience negotiating supplier contacts, service agreements, costs & pricing structures.  

  
· Immensely experienced in creating individual & team KPI’s, sales targets, commission structures & reward programmes for event organisations.

· Highly experienced within many areas of HR including creating targeted vacancy advertisements, sorting applications, conducting interviews, appraisals, disciplinary & dismissal meetings.

· An excellent command of English with the capability to create documents, agreements, contracts, sponsor packs, exhibition manuals, press releases, website & social media content, terms of business & privacy policies.

· The ultimate ability to travel within Europe & internationally at short notice & for extended periods.
